Free CCTV risk review + 3 nights of live monitoring.
A professional assessment, not a giveaway. We review your existing cameras, write an escalation protocol with you, monitor three nights with live operators, and hand you the written findings — whether or not you continue.
A professional assessment, not a giveaway.
It is the same process a paying client goes through, run over three nights on your own cameras. You keep the written findings either way.
Existing coverage review
What each camera covers, what it misses, and where the blind spots are between cameras.
Camera compatibility check
Whether your NVR, DVR or cloud system can be monitored securely, with reasons in writing for any camera that cannot.
Monitoring-gap identification
Unmonitored hours, unclear escalation routes and the places a real intrusion would go unnoticed.
Custom escalation protocol
Written with you before the first monitored night: who we call, in what order, and what we may do.
Three nights of live monitoring
Licensed operators watch your feeds on an agreed schedule and act on your protocol.
Monitoring & incident reports
A written record of each night and a coverage assessment you keep.
Four steps, a few working days.
Contact & qualification
We confirm location, system type, camera count and the hours you want covered.
Risk review & compatibility
We assess coverage and confirm which cameras can be monitored securely.
Protocol & access
Escalation instructions are agreed in writing; you issue named credentials with least privilege.
Three monitored nights
Operators monitor on schedule; you receive nightly reports and the coverage findings.
Tell us about your site and cameras.
We use this only to contact you about the security review. No equipment purchase, no automatic conversion to a paid service.
Key conditions, in plain language.
Residential and commercial clients in Southern California who already own a camera system that can be accessed securely and produces usable images. If the system cannot support monitoring, we say so during the review.
We do not sell cameras or installation as a condition of the test. Where coverage has gaps, we describe them so your installer — or ours, only if you ask — can quote.
Access uses named, role-based accounts you create, with least-privilege permissions, MFA where supported, and revocation by you at any time.
It shows what live monitoring finds on your site and whether your cameras support it. It does not establish a pattern or guarantee an incident will occur or be detected in that window.
After three nights you receive the reports and findings. Ongoing monitoring is discussed, not assumed — there is no rollover to a paid service.
Typically a few working days from first contact to the first monitored night, depending on how quickly access is issued and tested.
About the free test
Is it really free?
Yes. The review, protocol, three monitored nights and reports are free. There is no equipment purchase and no obligation afterwards.
What if my cameras are not good enough?
We tell you exactly which ones and why, in writing. You can fix them with any installer and come back.
Will you need my passwords?
No. You create a named account for us with only the access needed and remove it when you want.
What happens after?
You get the findings and reports. If you want ongoing monitoring, we quote it. If not, you keep everything.
