Service Limitations
Plain-language limits of remote monitoring, so expectations are set before the first night.
Cameras decide what we can see
We monitor what your cameras show. Dark, blurred, obstructed or badly aimed views reduce what operators can verify. We tell you in writing which cameras are not usable and why.
Internet dependence
Monitoring requires a working connection from your recorder or cloud system. During an outage, activity is not observed. We detect and report unreachable feeds, but cannot see through them.
No guarantee of detection
Analytics and operators catch the vast majority of people and vehicles in armed zones, but no system is perfect. We do not guarantee that every event will be detected, verified or prevented.
Response is coordinated, not instantaneous
Mobile response has travel time. Police response is outside our control. Live audio warnings end most events, but a determined intruder may not leave.
Observation, not judgment
Operational, workforce and finance services report factual observations with camera references. We do not determine intent, discipline staff, or make accounting or legal decisions.
Privacy boundaries
We do not monitor private areas, use facial recognition or profile individuals. Some requests cannot be fulfilled for that reason, and we will say so.
