Operations

Who came in, what came in, and did it match.

The delivery door is where shrink, short deliveries and unauthorized entry overlap. Delivery monitoring watches receiving in real time: the vehicle, the person, the count against the expected delivery, the door closing afterwards. Visitors and vendors are logged the same way.

What we watch at the door

Deliveries, vendors and visitors — in that order of risk.

You share the delivery schedule or appointment list. Operators confirm the vehicle and driver, watch the handover, note visible counts and damage, and confirm the door is secured. Vendors and visitors are logged with time in and out; anyone not on the list is flagged live.

  • Delivery vehicles and drivers checked against the schedule
  • Visible count and condition noted at handover
  • Propped or unattended doors called in live
  • Vendor and visitor time-in/time-out log
  • Exception report: short, damaged, unscheduled, unattended

How it is delivered

Runs on the dock and door cameras you already have.

Delivery monitoring usually needs no new cameras — a view of the door, the vehicle and the handover area. We add a speaker if you want operators to address drivers directly, and we work from whatever delivery schedule you already keep.

About visitor & delivery monitoring

We note visible counts and condition; final reconciliation against invoices stays with your team.

Unattended deliveries are logged with photos; your closing checklist can forbid them and operators will call it in.

A sign at the dock is recommended; operators can also announce via speaker.
